Raspberry blossom honung är en speciell svensk honungs specialitet. Medan naturen mot norr i Sverige i allt högre grad domineras av blåbär och lingon och, längst upp i norr, även av molnbär, är södra Sverige känt för sitt överflöd av hallonväxter vid skogskanterna.

Denna honung från Hanse Honig kommer från en liten bigård nära Kalmar. Bin står där mitt i den vackraste naturen och förstörs av de många vilda hallonblommorna på försommaren.

Smaken är härlig och ömtålig och ändå väldigt karakteristisk för god hallonblomma honung. Tillsammans med sin krämiga konsistens är den mer än lämplig för söndagsfrukost.
