När vårblomsterna viker för sommarblommor som lind, björnbär, ros, solros och många andra växter som blommar i trädgården, arbetar våra bikolonier dygnet runt för att få in och bearbeta den finaromatiska nektar. I slutet av sommaren börjar många träd som lind, bok och ek också producera bladhonung, som våra bin också samlar och därmed ger sommarhonungen en mörkare färg och en lätt maltig ton.

Tack vare sin blommiga, maltiga smak och dess mjuka konsistens, vår Sommarblomma älskling Inte bara lämplig som en perfekt spridning utan också perfekt att använda i te och ger kakor och kex en särskilt aromatisk ton när du bakar.

How long does the honey last?

Honey theoretically has an almost unlimited shelf life if stored properly. However, each jar has a best-before date, which is indicated on the label.

Yes, crystallized honey is a natural process and a sign of quality. You can liquefy it again by gently warming it in a water bath.

Is the honey suitable for vegans?
