Their honey comes from the Tjørnemosegaard beekeeping in Møn / Denmark.

The bee colonies of the Tjørnemosegaard family beekeeping stand on the famous chalk island of Møn in eastern Denmark. What is special about the island is its specialized agriculture in seed production. This is how grasses, clover and many flowering plants are grown. This creates very special and especially pure honeys. The classic clover honey, which is well known on the island, is one of the two types of honey that we offer from this beekeeping. After the clover has faded in early summer, all sorts of wild flowers flourish on the field edges, which together with the honeydew honey gives rise to an aromatic autumn blossom honey in late summer.
