Buckwheat is an integral part of national cuisine in Latvia. Due to the poor soil in the east of Latvia near the Russian border, particularly good buckwheat can be grown there, which is characterized by its special quality. Arnis Zãntis specializes in visiting these fields in particular with his bee colonies and thereby produces a buckwheat honey that has made a name for itself in the buckwheat honey country of Latvia with its particularly aromatic taste.
