Niklas Nyström runs his beekeeping in the region around the southern Swedish city of Halmstad between Malmö and Gothenburg. His bees stand on the vast meadows and forests along the Swedish Baltic coast and collect a varied and versatile honey from the land of elk, blueberries and children's fairy tales.
