Raspberry blossom honey is a special Swedish honey specialty. While nature towards the north in Sweden is increasingly dominated by blueberries and cranberries and at the very top in the north by cloudberries, the south of Sweden is known for its abundance of raspberry plants on the edges of the forest.
This honey from Hanse Honig comes from a small apiary near Kalmar. The bees are in the middle of the most beautiful nature and are spoiled by the many wild raspberry flowers in early summer.
The taste is sweet and delicate, yet very characteristic of good raspberry blossom honey. Together with its creamy consistency, it is more than suitable for Sunday breakfast.
