dandelion honey

For our dandelion honey, we put our bee colonies on a dandelion meadow on the banks of the river Trave in spring, which flows into the Baltic Sea shortly thereafter.

The bees collect a very fine, mild dandelion honey, which is a real delicacy for a delicious honey bun due to its subtle floral aroma and creamy consistency. It is also very suitable for sweetening many types of tea.
