Arctic cloudberry blossom honey from southern Lapland
One of the most precious honey varieties in the world is created in the extensive nature around Ranua in southern Lapland. The cloudberry is extremely rare in Central Europe, it grows especially in the northern polar regions of Russia, Sweden, Finland and Norway as well as in Scotland and England. In Finland, the cloudberry is the symbol of Lapland.
The cloudberry blossom provides the nectar for a honey that is second to none. The herbal-spicy, slightly smoky taste reflects the Nordic character of this honey in a special way.
